Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Shmants but we understand that you may need to return your item. Please contact us hello@shmants.co.nz within 5 days of receiving your item and we can arrange the process of return. All items must be returned within 14 days. All returned items must be as new with tags attached and in original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns if garments are not send back to us in perfect condition exactly as they were delivered. Shmants is not responsible for any return shipping costs or any lost in transit returns. Please ensure you include tracking to safeguard your item. Once your item has been returned and is in original condition we will process your refund, please allow 5 working days.

As we are a little business producing small quantities we do not offer exchanges, however, we are always here to advise on size and replacement options if you do make a return so do contact us with any queries hello@shmants.co.nz and we will be happy to help!
